Treatment processes used cover biological, chemical and membrane separation. Biological processes implemented by PACT cover both aerobic and anaerobic. Aerobic processes were enhanced by utilizing SBR and MSABP versions for higher efficiency and low sludge generation. Membrane separation are utilized successfully for treatment of wastes that are not tolerated by biological processes (toxic content) and those wastes that are oil-based.

The wastewater to be treated in the wastewater treatment plant includes following streams:

-Storm water and fire water
-Sanitary sewage from toilets and showers
-Process wastewater
-Bunded sewer
 
The wastewater treatment plant is designed to handle up to 1,000 m3/day wastewater with a concentration of 5,000 mg/L Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD). Effluent meet discharging standard after chemical and biological combined treament provided by us.
