PACT Marine TM employs filtration followed by disinfection or destruction of organisms through UV radiation without addition of chemical compounds.
Working Principle
Ballasting Process During ballasting, water is processed through both the filter and UV stages as it is pumped from sea chest to the ballast tanks.
De-ballasting Process During de-ballasting, the filter is bypassed and water flows only through the UV system before discharging overboard.
